Job Summary

Managing a high-volume lead pipeline, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will conduct client consultations, respond to leads, and convert prospects into customers in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage outreach to warm inbound leads and monitor inbound call queues
  • Prioritize individual lead pipeline for timely follow-up and accurate qualification
  • Establish rapport with prospective clients through professional and empathetic communication
Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of inside or B2C sales experience
  • CRM experience (Salesforce)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfort with phone-based work
  • High school diploma or equivalent
