Job Summary
Managing a high-volume lead pipeline, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will conduct client consultations, respond to leads, and convert prospects into customers in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage outreach to warm inbound leads and monitor inbound call queues
- Prioritize individual lead pipeline for timely follow-up and accurate qualification
- Establish rapport with prospective clients through professional and empathetic communication
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of inside or B2C sales experience
- CRM experience (Salesforce)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfort with phone-based work
- High school diploma or equivalent
