Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Leading the sales process from outreach to closing, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will sell photography services to preschools and daycare centers, making approximately 80 outbound calls daily while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to identify decision-makers and facilitate the sales process
• Build and maintain customer relationships, including rebooking for future seasons
• Utilize a CRM system to document sales processes and track customer interactions

Required qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of sales or customer account service experience
• Experience in telephone sales with daily goals preferred
• Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, such as Salesforce
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
• Post-secondary education preferred
