Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Leading the sales process from outreach to closure, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will sell photography services to preschools and daycare centers, making approximately 80 outbound calls daily while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to identify decision-makers and facilitate the sales process
• Build and maintain customer relationships post-sale, including rebooking for future seasons
• Utilize a CRM system to document sales activities and track customer interactions effectively

Required qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of sales and/or customer account service experience
• Experience in telephone sales with daily goals is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, particularly Salesforce, is preferred
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
• Post-secondary education is preferred
