Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Leading the sales process from outreach to closing, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will sell photography services to preschools and daycare centers while working remotely and achieving sales goals through effective relationship-building and consultative selling.

Key responsibilities

• Make approximately 80 outbound calls daily to identify decision makers and facilitate the sales process
• Build and retain customer relationships post-sale, including rebooking for future seasons
• Utilize Salesforce to document sales status, track contacts, and manage customer data efficiently

Required qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of sales and/or customer account service experience
• Experience with telephone sales and achieving daily sales goals is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, particularly Salesforce, is preferred
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required; post-secondary education preferred
