Job Summary
To drive revenue growth, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will manage the entire sales process, including outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and closing new business opportunities, with the flexibility to work remotely or in-office in Neenah, WI.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound prospecting calls to new and existing B2B accounts
- Conduct consultative discovery calls and provide product and solution overviews
- Close new business opportunities to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- High comfort with outbound calling and prospecting
- Ability to build relationships through persistence and value
- High aptitude for learning new systems and technology
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
