Job Summary
To drive revenue growth in a remote environment, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will manage the full sales cycle for SMB, regional, and mid-market advertisers, focusing on outbound prospecting, pipeline development, and long-term relationship building.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new advertising opportunities while managing relationships from initial contact through renewal and account expansion
- Qualify sales opportunities, pitch solutions, and negotiate terms to close business effectively
- Meet or exceed revenue goals through disciplined pipeline management and consistent outbound activity
Required qualifications
- A college degree (BA, BS, or equivalent) is required
- 1-4 years of experience in advertising, media sales, or a related field
- Prior experience within advertising agencies or digital media companies is strongly preferred
- Experience in a high-volume outbound sales environment or a desire to transition into sales from a client-facing role
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot is preferred
