Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Generating and growing patient referrals, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will engage with physician offices and clinical staff remotely to educate them on infusion therapy services and streamline referral processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and outreach to introduce infusion pharmacy services and maintain relationships with referral coordinators
• Guide physician offices through the referral process and coordinate with internal teams to support patient onboarding
• Collaborate with field sales representatives to expand account coverage and strengthen relationships within targeted accounts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent healthcare sales experience
• 2 or more years of inside sales, healthcare sales, or referral development experience
• Experience working with physician offices or specialty clinics is highly desirable
• Knowledge of infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare services preferred
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
