Job Summary
Focusing on qualifying inbound leads and converting them into sales, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will also engage in targeted outbound campaigns to enhance fleet movement, working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Close sales by selling inventory generated by the fleet advisor team, jointly owning quarterly GTV goals and post-lead funnel optimization
- Reduce time from lead to sale, targeting an average of 8 sales after 3 months
- Funnel product and service feedback to the product teams to ensure continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Proven inside sales skills with a history of exceeding quotas and strong negotiation abilities
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems to enhance sales processes
- Industry knowledge is a plus, but can be developed over time
- Demonstrated integrity and a commitment to customer experience
- Startup experience and a strong desire to outperform are advantageous
