Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Supporting Account Managers and Channel Sales Managers in daily operations, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will manage sales operations, provide back-office support, and coordinate with partners and distributors in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage CRM, prepare quotes, and support the sales team with sales process tasks and reporting
• Oversee order validation, tracking, and ensure data accuracy throughout the sales cycle
• Coordinate daily with partners and distributors for onboarding, registration, and support on programs and tools

Required qualifications

• Experience in similar roles within multinational IT Software/Hardware companies
• Previous back-office sales support experience
• Team-oriented attitude
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
