Job Summary

To drive revenue growth, the fully remote Inside Sales Representative will prospect for qualified leads through cold calling and email, maintain accurate records, and support team initiatives while meeting performance benchmarks.

Key responsibilities
  • Prospect and cold-call to obtain qualified leads, consistently meeting performance benchmarks for outbound calls and meeting scheduling
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities for reporting and pipeline management
  • Assist leadership with special projects and participate in internal meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and team efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Experience making cold calls and handling objections
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities
