Job Summary
Working fully remote, the Inside Sales Representative will prospect for qualified leads through cold calls and emails, maintain accurate records, and support team initiatives while earning an hourly wage with uncapped performance bonuses.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect via phone and email to obtain qualified leads and meet performance benchmarks for outbound calls and meeting scheduling
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and assist with special projects to support team efficiency
- Participate in training sessions and mentor new team members to enhance collaboration and client experience
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Experience making cold calls and handling objections
- Strong desire to learn and develop sales skills in a dynamic environment
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in challenging situations
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
