Job Summary

To drive revenue growth, the fully remote Inside Sales Representative will prospect for qualified leads through cold calls and emails, manage a sales pipeline, and assist with team projects while maintaining accurate records and participating in training sessions.

Key responsibilities
  • Prospect via phone and email to obtain qualified leads and meet performance benchmarks for outbound calls and meeting scheduling
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities for reporting and pipeline management
  • Assist with special projects and participate in internal meetings to enhance team efficiency and client experience
Required qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop sales skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities
