Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative, this full-time hourly position will prospect for leads through cold calls and emails, maintain accurate records, and support team initiatives while offering the flexibility to work from home.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and cold-call to obtain qualified leads, meeting performance benchmarks for outbound calls and meetings
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities to ensure data integrity for reporting and pipeline management
- Assist with special projects and participate in training sessions to enhance skills and support team efficiency
Required qualifications
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Strong desire to learn and develop sales skills in a dynamic environment
