Job Summary
Working fully remote, the Inside Sales Representative will prospect for qualified leads through cold-calling and email, manage client interactions, and support team initiatives while meeting performance benchmarks for calls and meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect via phone and email to obtain qualified leads, consistently meeting performance benchmarks for outbound calls and meeting scheduling
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and assist with special projects to support team efficiency
- Participate in internal meetings and training sessions to stay informed on updates and improve skills
Required qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Experience in cold calling and handling objections
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in sales
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
