Job Summary

Working fully remote, the Inside Sales Representative will prospect for qualified leads through cold-calling and email, manage client interactions, and support team initiatives while meeting performance benchmarks for calls and meetings.

Key responsibilities
  • Prospect via phone and email to obtain qualified leads, consistently meeting performance benchmarks for outbound calls and meeting scheduling
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and assist with special projects to support team efficiency
  • Participate in internal meetings and training sessions to stay informed on updates and improve skills
Required qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Experience in cold calling and handling objections
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in sales
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
