Job Summary

Working fully remote, the Inside Sales Representative will prospect for qualified leads through cold-calling and email outreach, maintain accurate records of interactions, and support team initiatives to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Prospect via phone and email to obtain qualified leads, meeting performance benchmarks for outbound calls and meeting scheduling
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities for reporting and pipeline management
  • Assist with special projects and participate in training sessions to enhance skills and support team efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Experience in cold calling and handling objections
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Strong desire to learn and develop sales skills in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
