Job Summary
Managing the full sales cycle for assigned prospects and customers, the remote Inside Sales Representative II will conduct discovery calls, product demos, and needs assessments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and needs assessments to understand customer requirements
- Manage and progress a pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and nurture prospects through the funnel
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of inside sales or business development experience in a SaaS or technology environment
- Proven ability to meet or exceed individual sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools
- Comfortable conducting demos and presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
