Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing Inside Sales Department, the remote Inside Sales Representative will manage marketing inquiries, convert sales leads through various communication channels, and nurture potential customers within a CRM while achieving monthly sales quotas.

Key responsibilities:

• Actively work on sales leads generated from website and marketing efforts
• Oversee customer interactions via phone, email, text, and chat to convert leads into sales
• Collaborate with marketing to align on initiatives and ensure adherence to sales processes

Required qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Proven inside sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office and modern communication tools for virtual teams
