Job Summary

Empowering clients to regain financial confidence, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will consult and enroll qualified individuals into debt relief programs, document client interactions using Salesforce, and adapt to varying work schedules in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into debt relief programs or recommended options
• Document client discussions clearly and concisely using Salesforce customer relationship management software
• Meet performance criteria set forth by the management team while providing empathetic support to clients

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role or a college associate's degree equivalent
• Sales experience is a plus
• Previous remote work experience is highly preferred
• Proven ability to remain effective in a fast-paced workplace
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
