Job Summary
Compassionate and results-driven, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will consult and enroll qualified clients into debt relief programs while working remotely, adapting to varied schedules and leveraging targeted marketing channels without the need for cold calling.
Key responsibilities
- Consult and enroll clients into debt relief programs, providing empathetic support throughout the process
- Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce and meet performance criteria set by management
- De-escalate stressful situations and apply constructive feedback to continuously improve performance
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role or a college associate's degree equivalent
- Sales experience is a plus
- Previous remote work experience highly preferred
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
