Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Supporting inbound and outbound sales efforts, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will manage customer inquiries, process transactions, and enhance customer relationships in a remote/hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Determines product selections and pricing for customer orders while ensuring accurate order entry and follow-up
• Handles incoming calls and emails to provide product information and resolve service issues, identifying upsell opportunities
• Maintains accurate records in CRM or ERP systems and prepares sales materials to support inside sales operations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Proficiency in CRM or ERP systems
• Experience with order entry and sales prospecting
• Strong relationship-building skills
