Job Summary

Driving business growth, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will engage with prospective customers through outbound outreach, qualify leads, and support revenue growth by scheduling appointments and advancing prospects through the sales pipeline, all while working remotely across multiple states.

Key responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and engagement with prospective business customers
  • Identify and develop target accounts to build a strong sales pipeline and qualify leads for field sales representatives
  • Maintain a comprehensive prospect database and analyze market data to support outreach strategies and sales initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of sales and appointment setting experience
  • 6+ months of proven experience working with executives/decision makers via telephone
  • Knowledge of telecommunication products and services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general software skills
  • Effective business writing skills for correspondence with decision makers
