Job Summary
To support the CompHealth Allied Division, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will engage with healthcare providers to understand their career aspirations and match them with suitable healthcare facilities, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to healthcare providers to learn about their career goals
- Build and maintain a network of interested providers to facilitate placements
- Negotiate contracts to optimize gross margins for the company
Required qualifications
- Minimum of one year of sales experience in selling products or services
- Strong intrinsic motivation and ability to persevere through challenging markets
- Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence clients using a consultative sales approach
- Experience in developing prospective business through various channels
- Ability to negotiate contracts effectively
