Job Summary
To support local businesses in their recruitment efforts, the remote Inside Sales Representative will build client relationships, recommend digital marketing solutions, and manage a sales pipeline while earning uncapped commissions.
Key responsibilities
- Build relationships with new and existing clients through consultative conversations
- Prospect and generate leads via phone calls, email, and warm leads
- Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce and meet monthly sales goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of sales, customer service, or client-facing experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive mindset with a desire to learn and grow
- Confidence in engaging with clients over the phone
- Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a bonus
