Job Summary
To drive customer engagement and growth within the existing installed base, the remote Renewal Inside Sales Representative will focus on proactive outbound communication, managing subscription renewals, and supporting lifecycle management initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound phone and email communications with existing customers and channel partners
- Recommend business solutions by analyzing customer needs and SonicWall interests
- Facilitate the flow of information between customers, partners, and the sales organization to enhance subscription growth
Required qualifications:
- Entry-level position requiring 0-1 years of related experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide consultative analysis
- Motivated individual with a passion for sales and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and driving projects to completion
- Sales experience within the technology industry is a plus
