Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to work remotely in a full-time capacity, who will engage with prospective students, making up to 150 calls daily to sell the Health Coach course while meeting sales targets and providing exceptional service.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct up to 150 calls per day to prospective students, focusing on selling the Health Coach course
- Utilize discovery questions and rapport-building techniques to engage and convert warm leads into sales
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, including revenue, average order value, and conversion rates
Required qualifications:
- At least 1 year of phone-based inside sales experience
- Proven track record in high-ticket sales or managing premium product portfolios
- Prior experience with CRM systems
- Personal passion for health, life, and nutrition coaching
- Ability to communicate effectively and inspire potential students to take action
