Job Summary
Focusing on generating and nurturing new business opportunities, the full-time Inside Sales Development Representative will engage with the Oil & Gas sector, manage inbound and outbound leads, and drive sales growth through targeted account strategies in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas through effective account engagement strategies
- Accelerate new customer acquisition by managing a personal book of accounts and creating tailored outreach strategies
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing new and expansion businesses
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales role
- Demonstrated experience in cold calling and outbound client engagement
- Post-secondary education in business, science, or engineering is considered an asset
- Results-driven with a proven ability to overcome rejection and achieve results
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player
