Job Summary

Focusing on generating and nurturing new business opportunities, the full-time Inside Sales Development Representative will engage with the Oil & Gas sector, manage inbound and outbound leads, and drive sales growth through targeted account strategies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas through effective account engagement strategies
  • Accelerate new customer acquisition by managing a personal book of accounts and creating tailored outreach strategies
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing new and expansion businesses
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales role
  • Demonstrated experience in cold calling and outbound client engagement
  • Post-secondary education in business, science, or engineering is considered an asset
  • Results-driven with a proven ability to overcome rejection and achieve results
  • Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player
