Job Summary

Seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative, the full-time remote position will focus on selling fleet compliance software solutions to small and mid-sized fleets through outbound prospecting and inbound lead management while managing the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing new business.

Key responsibilities
  • Prospect and engage SMB fleet customers through various channels, managing inbound leads and converting prospects into customers
  • Build strong relationships with prospective customers, articulating the value of software solutions and guiding them through the decision-making process
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM systems, tracking pipeline and reporting on sales progress
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in transportation or fleet software solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools
  • Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and drive; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
