Job Summary

Driving revenue growth for the Network & Security Services team, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will manage high-volume outbound and inbound sales activities, qualify leads, and advance opportunities while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to support new and existing customers, managing communication throughout the sales cycle
  • Own and progress opportunities from initial qualification through close, maintaining accurate CRM records and coordinating internal resources
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline health and deal progress to sales leadership while identifying process improvements for proposal development
Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Experience with high-volume phone-based outreach, including cold calling
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and sales cycles simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills with consistent pipeline discipline
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with technical teams
