Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to work remotely, who will manage the full sales cycle by prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and closing subscription-based leads through high-volume outbound calls.

Key responsibilities:
  • Prospect daily through outbound calls and engage with decision-makers
  • Run full-cycle sales processes including discovery, pitching, objection handling, and closing
  • Maintain a clean CRM, manage follow-ups, and track performance metrics
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in an inside sales or closing role
  • Experience in short sales cycles and one-call-close environments
  • Ability to make 150+ calls per day in a high-activity environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with a strong desire for personal growth
