Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

To support customer relations, the hybrid Inside Sales Representative will maintain excellent daily service, process requests by preparing quotes and technical documents, and assist the sales team in boosting performance through customer interactions and follow-ups.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing requests and delivering quotes
• Conduct approximately 20 calls per week to potential customers to generate new opportunities
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 to 5 years of experience in internal sales, business development, or customer support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Proactive attitude with a customer-oriented approach
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work independently
• Strong communication skills and a creative mindset for process improvements
