Job Summary

Supporting the sales organization, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will manage administrative duties related to selling products and services, generate sales leads, and maintain customer relationships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to initiate the sales process
  • Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Account Managers to develop strategic sales approaches
  • Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects while ensuring effective follow-up on leads
Required qualifications
  • University or college degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2 to 3 years of direct work experience in a sales or tele sales capacity
  • Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles and techniques
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Proven ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships
