Job Summary
Supporting the sales organization, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will manage administrative duties related to selling products and services, generate sales leads, and maintain customer relationships in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to initiate the sales process
- Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Account Managers to develop strategic sales approaches
- Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects while ensuring effective follow-up on leads
Required qualifications
- University or college degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of direct work experience in a sales or tele sales capacity
- Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles and techniques
- Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Proven ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships
