Job Summary
Driving territory growth, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will manage a focused portfolio of accounts and pursue new business opportunities remotely, utilizing strategic communication and consultative sales methodologies to enhance customer relationships and revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Drive territory P&L performance through strategic management of customer volume and sales metrics
- Execute systematic customer engagement with excellence in call planning, analysis, and follow-through
- Build comprehensive relationships across customer organizations, understanding their needs and buying patterns
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; minimum High School Diploma required
- Proven track record of 2+ years in a virtual sales environment, preferably in the promotional products and apparel industry
- Exceptional presentation skills with strong relationship-building capabilities
- Advanced analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities through customer data analysis
