Job Summary

To support brand growth through proactive outreach, the part-time Inside Sales Representative will engage prospective on-premise and off-premise accounts, focusing on outbound prospecting, relationship-building, and sales follow-up in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Reach out to potential new customers to introduce products and schedule sales meetings
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers to check in, secure reorders, and build relationships
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide insights to shape sales strategies
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or the beverage industry
  • Excellent phone communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage time efficiently
  • Basic computer skills and experience using CRMs or spreadsheets
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the brand, with a goal-oriented mindset
