Job Summary
To support brand growth through proactive outreach, the part-time Inside Sales Representative will engage prospective on-premise and off-premise accounts, focusing on outbound prospecting, relationship-building, and sales follow-up in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to potential new customers to introduce products and schedule sales meetings
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to check in, secure reorders, and build relationships
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide insights to shape sales strategies
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or the beverage industry
- Excellent phone communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage time efficiently
- Basic computer skills and experience using CRMs or spreadsheets
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the brand, with a goal-oriented mindset
