Job Summary

Driving revenue growth through proactive customer engagement, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will manage and expand a portfolio of accounts, focusing on reactivating inactive customers and onboarding new clients in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute outbound sales activities to generate demand and close business
  • Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into active customers while facilitating new account setup
  • Provide product knowledge and support to ensure a high-quality customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including inside sales or account management
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience using CRM systems and ERP or eCommerce platforms
  • Experience within the building products, construction, or related industries
  • Direct experience in the electrical products industry strongly preferred
