Job Summary
Driving revenue growth through proactive customer engagement, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will manage and expand a portfolio of accounts, focusing on reactivating inactive customers and onboarding new clients in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales activities to generate demand and close business
- Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into active customers while facilitating new account setup
- Provide product knowledge and support to ensure a high-quality customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including inside sales or account management
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience using CRM systems and ERP or eCommerce platforms
- Experience within the building products, construction, or related industries
- Direct experience in the electrical products industry strongly preferred
