Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Receiving inbound calls from marketing campaigns, the remote Inside Sales Home Health Representative will position customers for Personal Emergency Response Service systems, ensuring satisfaction through follow-up and closing sales for new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to assess customer needs and close sales effectively
• Transfer calls to appropriate parties for resolution and perform follow-up communications
• Make outgoing follow-up calls to undecided leads and respond to internet-generated leads

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of inside sales or equivalent sales experience preferred
• Ability to type accurately at a minimum of 20 words per minute
• ADT specific product knowledge is preferred
• Availability to work Monday through Friday with a Saturday rotation every third week
