Job Summary
Driven and results-oriented, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will identify and support expansion opportunities to directly drive new revenue through strategic upsell and cross-sell within Posit's existing customer base, working remotely and gaining hands-on experience in technology sales.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Account Managers to convert expansion signals into generated pipeline, leading to upsell and cross-sell revenue
- Drive transactional excellence by qualifying, advancing, and closing opportunities that align with customer goals
- Collaborate with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless post-sale handoff and provide insights on sales blockers
Required qualifications
- Some prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related client-facing role
- Strong interest in inside sales and enterprise data/software
- Proven track record of qualifying interest and leading discovery efforts
- Proactive and coachable mindset with a strong work ethic
- Ability to articulate value propositions and manage CRM systems effectively
