Compassionate and results-driven, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will consult and enroll clients in debt relief programs, utilizing Salesforce for documentation, while working remotely with variable schedules that may include evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into debt relief programs
• Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce software
• Meet performance criteria and adhere to company policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role or a college associate's degree equivalent
• Sales experience is a plus
• Previous remote work experience highly preferred
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
