Job Summary

Empowering clients on their financial journey, the full-time remote Inside Sales Representative will consult and enroll qualified clients into debt relief programs while documenting interactions using Salesforce and adhering to company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Consult and enroll clients into debt relief programs or recommended options
• Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce CRM software
• De-escalate stressful situations and provide empathetic support to clients

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role or a college associate's degree equivalent
• Sales experience is a plus
• Previous remote work experience highly preferred
• Proven ability to remain effective in a fast-paced workplace
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
