Job Summary

Seeking compassionate and results-driven Inside Sales Representatives for a full-time remote position, who will consult and enroll clients in debt relief programs, document client interactions using Salesforce, and meet performance criteria while navigating sensitive conversations with empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into debt relief programs or recommended options
• Document client discussions clearly and concisely using Salesforce customer relationship management software
• De-escalate stressful situations and provide empathetic support to clients while adhering to company policies

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role or a college associate's degree equivalent
• Sales experience is a plus
• Previous remote work experience is highly preferred
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
• Proven ability to remain effective in a fast-paced workplace
