Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Compassionate and results-driven, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will consult and enroll clients in debt relief programs while working remotely and adapting to variable schedules that may include evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into debt relief programs
• Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce CRM software
• De-escalate stressful situations and provide empathetic support to clients

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role or a college associate's degree equivalent
• Sales experience is a plus
• Previous remote work experience is highly preferred
• Proven ability to remain effective in a fast-paced workplace
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
