Job Summary

Empowering clients to regain financial confidence, the full-time remote Inside Sales Representative will consult and enroll qualified clients into debt relief programs while managing sensitive conversations and maintaining professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Consult and enroll clients into debt relief programs while documenting discussions using Salesforce
• Meet performance criteria and adhere to company policies and procedures
• De-escalate stressful situations and provide empathetic support to clients

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role or a college associate's degree equivalent
• Sales experience is a plus
• Previous remote work experience is highly preferred
• Proven ability to remain effective in a fast-paced workplace
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
