Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Leading the sales process from outreach to closing, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will sell photography services to preschools and daycare centers while working remotely and achieving sales goals through effective relationship building and consultative selling.

Key responsibilities

• Make 40-60 outbound calls daily to identify decision-makers and facilitate the sales process
• Build and maintain account relationships, including rebooking for future seasons
• Utilize Salesforce to document sales status, track contacts, and update data accurately

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer account service experience
• Experience in telephone sales with daily goals is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, particularly Salesforce, is preferred
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required; post-secondary education preferred
