Job Summary
Compassionate and results-driven, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will empower clients to regain financial confidence by consulting and enrolling them into debt relief programs, all while working remotely with variable schedules that may include evenings and weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Consult and enroll qualified clients into debt relief programs or recommended options
- Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce CRM software
- Meet performance criteria and complete IAPDA certification within the first year
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role or an equivalent college associate's degree
- Sales experience is a plus
- Strong business acumen and professionalism
- Previous remote work experience is highly preferred
- Proven ability to remain effective in a fast-paced workplace
