Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Inside Account Representative will manage inside sales efforts within assigned territories, collaborating with the Military Account Manager to communicate effectively with customers and vendors while providing preliminary quotes and maintaining customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day communication and problem resolution for all assigned customers following handoff from the Military Account Manager
• Partner with the Military Account Manager to secure pricing agreements and submit quotes to customers
• Educate new customers on the ordering process and manage customer complaints to ensure timely resolution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience, including military training
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer-facing sales position, preferably with military or government customers
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Suite products
• Strong negotiation skills and a proactive, self-driven attitude
