Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Supporting the sales team in a full-time remote capacity, the Inside Sales Representative will manage client information, collaborate with internal departments, and assist in proposal development to enhance sales processes and client onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Gather client information to support proposal development and technical reviews
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the sales process and manage approvals
• Maintain internal sales databases and assist in client onboarding workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with 6 years of sales or customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and take initiative
