Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary
Managing and developing relationships within an assigned customer base, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will respond to inbound inquiries, conduct targeted outbound outreach, process orders, and resolve customer issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Make 15-30 outbound calls daily to develop new business and enhance customer relationships
- Process customer requests for pricing, information, and product orders
- Identify and resolve customer issues, providing product and service information while promoting upselling opportunities
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 years of prior call center experience in a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis
