Key responsibilities

- Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce CRM software
- Meet performance criteria set by management and complete IAPDA certification within the first year
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, or a college associate's degree equivalent
- Sales experience is a plus
- Previous remote work experience highly preferred
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
