Job Summary
Compassionate and results-driven, the full-time remote Inside Sales Representative will consult and enroll clients into debt relief programs, document client interactions using Salesforce, and complete IAPDA certification within the first year while working variable schedules to meet business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Consult and enroll qualified clients into debt relief programs or recommended options
- Document client discussions clearly and concisely using Salesforce customer relationship management software
- De-escalate stressful situations and provide empathetic support to clients while meeting performance criteria
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, or a college associate's degree equivalent
- Sales experience is a plus
- Previous remote work experience highly preferred
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
- Proven ability to remain effective and adjust promptly in a fast-paced workplace
