Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Generating new business and managing existing customer relationships, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will handle order processing, follow-up on deliveries, and assist with customer inquiries while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process customer orders and manage open order deliveries
• Resolve customer and supplier issues proactively while maintaining strong relationships
• Assist with quoting and promote add-on opportunities to customers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
• Knowledge of computers/networking and the IT industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team environment
