Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in the Western Region, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will engage with small business owners over the phone to educate them on Yelp's advertising programs, manage a client pipeline, and consistently exceed monthly sales quotas.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to educate business owners about Yelp's advertising solutions
• Manage and track a pipeline of clients using Salesforce to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining daily performance metrics

Required qualifications

• GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience or a Bachelor's Degree with relevant sales or people-centric coursework
• Proficiency in making a high volume of outbound calls daily
• General computer skills and familiarity with Google Suite
• Access to a hardline high-speed internet connection in a distraction-free work environment
• Must possess current US work authorization
